BOOTCAMP BABY

Bootcamp Baby is a 6 week fitness programme for new or existing mums with babies,  looking to get back to their pre-pregnancy shape, get fitter and have some fun.

These Classes are unique because you can bring your babies along too so there is no need to arrange a babysitter..

The sessions aim to promote strength, boost energy and strengthen core muscles. 

The sessions are also a great opportunity to meet other mums.

The Next Bootcamp Baby starts the 14th August, with additional camps after that starting the 2nd of October 2018 and 13th November 2018

  • Next Camp starts 14th August

  • Bootcamp Baby is a Six Week Camp

  • Train 2 times per week - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10.30am-11.30am

  • Access to a Private Facebook Group offering training and nutrition advice

  • Access to additional workouts to be completed at home.

  • Unlimited email access to your own personal coach.
