
GETTING STARTED
Here’s a short video explaining what we do and how to get started at E.D.A. Everything I’m about to say will make much more sense after you watch it EDA INTRO.
To get started Select a membership option from below and once completed book into our Fundamentals program. It’s a 3 session course that we hold which covers all the basics of the E.D.A programming including exercise and nutrition and prepares you for the rest of the classes on the timetable.
The Fundamentals course is designed to teach you the correct technique of the E.D.A. movements and ease you into the intensity of the workouts. Each class begins with a warm-up with a coach, then the coaches teach you proper weightlifting technique for the movements that you will be doing in the workout that day, everyone then does the workout together, and then there will be a short nutrition talk at the end of each class.
Classes are held weekly so contact us for a suitable start date. After the fundamentals course you can sign-up for the regular classes and take full advantage of the unlimited membership. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch via info@everydayathletegym.com
