
EDA HEALTH DAY
Everyday Athlete is pleased to announce its first annual Health Day (7th October 2018)
Whether you are new to fitness or an experienced athlete, the Everyday Athlete Health Day will allow you to experience the types of training that we do on a daily basis and increase your health and wellness knowledge.
This will be a very active day as you will be taking part in three physical sessions:
Muay Thai - Commonly known as the Science of 8 limbs you wil learn how to punch, kick, knee and elbow. Thailands national sport is a great way to get your fitness kick.
Yoga - A combination of physical and mental practices that will leave you focused and refreshed for whatever the week throws at you.
Group Fitness Session - One of our signature conditioning sessions combining stength cardio and bodyweight training to get you in tip top shape.
In addition to the three sessions above you will also be breaking a mental sweat to by participating in our Nutrition for healthy active lifestyles talk.
Not only is this going to be an action packed day, but by participating in the health day you will also be helping raise money for Marie Curie hospices so you will sweat for a good cause with £10 of every ticket being donated alongside multiple fundraising opportunities on the day.
The Health Day will take place at Everyday Athlete Gym on the 7th October.
